Most of the new project managers receive little or sometimes no training on how to manage the projects. All project managers can create WBS, Gantt Charts, estimations etc. and can manage the projects. Unfortunately, this all is not sufficient. Key consists of two important words: Effective & Successful. It is expectation of all stakeholders.
